Sag Spiced Honey (Lemonade)

This spiced honey lemonade is the perfect way to cool off and soothe your soul while still calling down the energy of the Sagittarius moon and eclipse. With ingredients like clove, ginger, and nutmeg aligned to the optimism and energy of Sagittarius, healing allspice and wise rosemary and honey, this honey lemonade is just the treat to refresh and reset your soul, as you look up at the stars and reflect on the heavenly energy.
Sag Spiced Honey (Lemonade)
Ingredients
- 1 slice fresh ginger
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 pinch clove
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch allspice
- 3 ounces honey simple syrup (1:1 sugar to hot water)
- 3.5+ ounces fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- In the bottom of a highball glass, add ginger, rosemary, and spices. Pour in honey, and muddle these ingredients together, so that the rosemary and ginger break a part and spread their oils and flavors into the honey syrup. Then add ice, and pour in lemon juice per desired acidity level. Garnish with rosemary sprig
