So adding this butterfly pea flower syrup to your drink recipes and adding citrus last will create a stunning and eye-catching effect!
For this syrup, we are working with the tea method. Of course, you can always heat it up over the stove. But the tea method is fast and works just as well in this recipe. (Oftentimes behind the bar, when we don’t have a hot plate, this is how we make simple syrup!)
This butterfly pea flower simple syrup is a great addition to your cocktails, mocktails, and even lemonade!
