1 hefty tbsp butterfly pea flower
1/2 teaspoon dried lavender
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup sugar

Method

In desired container, pour hot water over butterfly pea flower and dried lavender. Let steep 5- 10 minutes—the longer, the darker the color and the better color change.
After 10 minutes, stir in sugar. Strain before use.
