- In a cocktail shaker, place ginger, rosemary, spices and honey syrup. Muddle them together, breaking apart the ginger, feeling any personal barriers falling away as you do. Then add gin, lemon, rosewater, and if you wish - allspice liqueur. Add ice, shake and strain into a coupe glass, and express and adron with lemon peel.
Notes
Honey Syrup is equal parts honey to hot water. It makes the honey easier to work with in cocktails, and keeps a level of consistency given that the viscosity of honey can vary from type to type. Simply mix the honey and hot water, and allow to cool before use.
