Sunshine Cocktail Orange Moscow Mule Recipe

Sunshine Moscow Mule Cocktail Recipe

This sunshine cocktail is a honey and orange take on the Moscow mule to refresh, renew, and inspire the spirit. Keeping the traditional elements of the classic vodka ginger beer drink, this easy Moscow mule cocktail has some simple modifications to make for a cheerfully citrus recipe.
For the added zing of refreshing lime, you have the option to infuse the vodka with the peels of your lime 1-2 hours in advance.

Optional Lime Vodka Instructions
  1. Gently peel 1 lime, avoiding any citrus on the peels. Add to glass jar and pour in vodka. Infuse for 1-2 hours, and it should become a gentle green color. If you don’t want to infuse your own lime vodka, you can opt for normal vodka, or try store-bought lime vodka.
Sunshine Mule Cocktail Instructions
  1. To your cup, squeeze in fresh lime, cleansing away any unwanted energy or vibrations.
  2. Pour in soothing, solar honey, brightening triple sec or orange curaçao, vodka, and ice. If added options orange bitters or orange juice, add now.
  3. Pour in activating ginger beer and stir. Adjust lime, honey or ginger beer to taste, if needed.
