Jasmine Green Tea Syrup
- Steep jasmine green tea in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Stir in sugar until dissolved.
Drink Recipe
- To a shaker, add cucumber, mint, bitters, and jasmine syrup. For cucumber and mint-forward flavors, muddle cucumber and mint.
- Add in yuzu, grapefruit, shochu or seedlip, and triple sec or orange sec (optional). Add ice and shake firmly to express cucumber and mint.
- Strain or dump into glass over ice and add soda water if going for spritzer. Alternatively, you can enjoy in a stemmed cocktail glass as a yuzu sour without the bubbles. Garnish with cucumber and mint, & enjoy!
Notes
Mocktail: For a nonalcohlic variation, I recommend Seedlip Garden 108 and Lyre's Orange Sec (optional). If you don't want to use nonalcoholic substitutes, you can simple make the recipe without alcohol and double the soda water
