Steep jasmine green tea in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Stir in sugar until dissolved.
Drink Recipe
To a shaker, add cucumber, mint, bitters, and jasmine syrup. For cucumber and mint-forward flavors, muddle cucumber and mint.
Add in yuzu, grapefruit, shochu or seedlip, and triple sec or orange sec (optional). Add ice and shake firmly to express cucumber and mint.
Strain or dump into glass over ice and add soda water if going for spritzer. Alternatively, you can enjoy in a stemmed cocktail glass as a yuzu sour without the bubbles. Garnish with cucumber and mint, & enjoy!
Notes
Mocktail: For a nonalcohlic variation, I recommend Seedlip Garden 108 and Lyre's Orange Sec (optional). If you don't want to use nonalcoholic substitutes, you can simple make the recipe without alcohol and double the soda water
