- Honey syrup is equal parts honey to hot water, measured separately and mixed together. If you would prefer not to use non alcoholic spirits, you can use 1.5-2 ounces of a strong chai tea brew instead. For a tea substitute: Steep 1 bag chai tea in 1/2 cup hot water. Chill and use 1.5-2 ounces of tea instead of amaretto and rum and increase by the honey syrup 1/4-1/2 ounce.
How to Make the Gold Mocktail
- Squeeze uplifting lemon to shaker. Add in honey syrup for harvest energy and community, and pineapple juice. Sprinkle in spices for warming. Add amaretto and optional rum.
- Add ice and shake. Strain into glass over a large cube, add any additional honey syrup needed to taste. Spinkle in cocktail glitter for a touch of gold dust and garnish with your choice of: a sprinkle of spice, pineapple, edible flower, or lemon peel.
