Liquid Gold Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce lemon
  • 1/4-1/2 ounce honey syrup (add to taste, to account for varying sweetness level of amaretto)
  • 1/8 tsp ground Allspice
  • 1/8 tsp ground Nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground Clove
  • 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1.5 ounces amaretto
  • 1/2 ounce dark rum (optional)
  • Gold Cocktail Glitter
Honey Syrup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hot water

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Squeeze uplifting lemon to shaker. Add in honey syrup for harvest energy and community, and pineapple juice. Sprinkle in spices for warming. Add amaretto and optional rum.
  2. Add ice and shake. Strain into glass over a large cube, add any additional honey syrup needed to taste. Spinkle in cocktail glitter for gold luster and garnish with your choice of: a sprinkle of spice, pineapple, edible flower, or lemon peel.

Notes

*Honey syrup is equal parts honey to hot water.
