  • 1-1.5 ounces tequila optional

Instructions

  • In your shaker, place ginger, cinnamon, and honey syrup. For more ginger flavor, muddle ginger or break it into smaller pieces.
  • Add orange, lime, cranberry, and grapefruit. Stop here for a delicious mocktail, or add in desired nonalcoholic spirit substitute or tequila for a cocktail.
  • Add ice and shake. As you do so, visualize the energizing, warming power of carnelian flowing through your muscles as you move.
  • Strain the drink into a coupe glass.

Notes

*This drink taste great with just the base ingredients! You can simply forego the nonalcoholic spirit option and just stick to the juices and syrup for a great, crystalline mocktail.
*Honey Syrup is made by mixing equal parts honey to hot water. You can also use agave syrup, but add it to taste gradually.
If using PURE cranberry juice, you may need to add double the amount of honey syrup.
For a crystalline accent, you can freeze extra cranberry juice into a spherical ice cube mold and use as a finishing touch.
