This recipe integrates butterfly pea flower through a syrup, linked in the recipe. It includes optional lavender for more flavor dynamic, but you can also just really easily craft a butterfly pea flower syrup by steeping 1 tablespoon of it in hot water for 5-10 minutes, and then stirring in an equal amount of sugar. The longer it steeps, the stronger the color--if it has not steeped enough, it may not have as strong colors.
