- Add butterfly pea flower syrup, soda water, and coconut milk to desired glass. Add ice cubes and stir to integrate.
- Pour in lemon juice, thinking of what you’re cleansing or transitioning in your life, and stir for the gorgeous color change. Garnish with edible flower, such as lavender, violet, or blue lotus.
Notes
This recipe integrates butterfly pea flower through a syrup, linked in the recipe. It includes optional lavender for more flavor dynamic, but you can also just really easily craft the syrup by steeping 1 tablespoon of butterfly pea flower in hot water for 5-10 minutes, and then stirring in an equal amount of sugar. The longer it steeps, the stronger the color and the color change--if it has not steeped enough, it may not have as strong colors.
