Ingredients

Glamour Magic Mocktail

  • 1.5 ounces butterfly pea flower infused Seedlip Spice or replacement instructions below
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime
  • 3/4 ounce vanilla simple syrup instructions below
  • 1/2 ounce rose and violet tea instructions below, violet optional
  • 1.5 ounce dealcoholized champagne

Butterfly Pea Flower Nonalcoholic Infusion

Vanilla Simple Syrup

  • 1 inch piece vanilla bean sliced/cut open
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Violet-and-Rose Tea (for Mocktail)

Instructions

Glamour Magic Mocktail

  • In mixing tin, add infused zero-proof replacement, vanilla, rose and violet tea replacement, and ice. Add lime, unless you want a slight color change at the very end.
  • Shake and strain into coupe or champagne glass. Top with zero-proof sparkling white wine or brut champagne.
  • If you haven't already, add in fresh lime for slight color change (dilution and sparkling wine sub might lessen the color change). Stir with intention and garnish with edible flower or citrus twist.

Vanilla Simple Syrup

  • Cut open vanilla bean, so that the syrup infuses faster. You can also cut it up into smaller pieces to offer more surface area.
  • Pour hot water over vanilla bean in glass container. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add in 1/2 cup sugar (measured beforehand) and stir thoroughly. It’s pretty much ready; strain as you use.

Butterfly Pea Flower Infusion

  • Add flower to seedlip/zero-proof infusion and let infuse.
  • Seedlip or NA sub may take longer to infuse than rum—watch for that color change to a deep blue.

Violet-and-Rose Tea (for Mocktail)

  • Set hot water to boil. Meanwhile, add dried flowers to glass.
  • Pour hot water over flowers, and let steep for 10 minutes. You want a good color here, so that it doesn’t dilute the drink too much.
